oh yeah... good news... but the things is i think i am one of the last few to know it... sorry guys... i dun hf picture yet... but i heard it looks similar to my first niece... just that this is slightly heavier and longer... hahhaha.. means i need to get more pressie for my 2 little nieces... hmmm... since i have got no pics of the newborn, i shall upload the sister's pic... hahah...

back from backpacking @ utah..

The only word to describe the place is breath-taking~! The word to describe the ppl who goes is amazing~! i doubt i will upload all the pics i taken.. i took 500 pics in one week... this are some of the few... hahaha... this is the best break i ever had... but of course not to mention, i did not bathe for more than 5 days and the walk can easily be the most tiring one ever since after army. Certainly, of course, the smart-ass me over-packed which cause my bag to be easily the heaviest load of my entire life.... but other than those stupid mistake, this trip is totally worth it~! 8 days for 159 USD only... this is the privilege of being a student~! this trip is subsidized by the school~!
and of course, there are more pics on facebook... and forget to mention it, i finally saw sunrise for my trips... nvr been able to wake up for it for my other trips... hahaha... and the one thing that i could not fulfill in this trip is to see a shooting star, even though i was trying hard not to sleep in the night..

Utah here i come..

i am gg to utah for backpacking over the spring break.. wee.. the culture here is really diff... everyone is so focused in enjoying for spring break.. i think there is like a min number of ppl here... hmm.. will NUS ever have such culture... i still remember my last break= catching up with the work i didnt finish for the first half of the sem.. almost in sch everyday... gg to pack my bag.. haven been out trekking in the cold~! exciting~! gtg liao.. i will be gone for 9 days.. in case anyone is looking for me~! wait till 22 march...

Daylight savings officially starts from today~~

woot... they simply asked everyone to change their clock to one hour earlier, and there, you have daylight savings program~! one hour lesser for sleep.... TMD... but this is also good as i only have 13 hours difference with singapore now... wooot.. just had a party at my place.. woot.. that was fun~! more drinks and the music you like~! yeah... btw, i forgot to say that their music here is weird at the clubs... sometimes... wrong in fact most of the time you get indian songs... -___- i need more sleep now... gg for WWE later~!~! yeah~! though i am not a great fan of it but its only USD40~!~! so much cheaper from singapore~!~! i think thats cos everyone must fly over from america and i think each of them would surely need 2 seats each~!~! hahhaa... or they might most probably be taking first class~! ok off to sleep~!

2 months liao..

hey, i left 2 months ago.. for this place alone... still remember coming to this place alone is already an adventure... I still remember, i left changi airport with my chicken pox marks and a thousand things in my mind, including those which my mum managed to drill them in.. haha.. first time in my life taking a plane alone.. not even a single friend on the plane.. then i finally reached narita, Tokyo without any problem except that i have nothing much to eat on the plane cos they serve either egg or chicken.. haiz.. still on non-chicken diet then due to chicken pox. then flew from japan to San Fransisco. thats where the adventure starts.. first my flight arrived early then i purposely choose a flight hrs after arrival when i bought my connecting flight in singapore.. meaning i have to wait for a long long time.. BUT~!~! my flight was delayed.. -____-"" for 3 hrs..meaning i was at san fransisco for like 7-8 hrs... which i tot it will turn out fine.. i was suppose to fly to chicago then to des monies. by the time i reach chicago its like 12 am already... where my flight to des monies is canceled... and the next earliest flight is next morning at 10~! OMG~! i was offered a hotel room at USD$67 a night... in an attempt to save money, i stayed at the airport.. hahaha.. adventurous sia.. but of course not only to save money, i thought that by the time i reach the hotel and settle down, probably 1 or 2 am liao.. then 10 am flight meaning 8 or 9 must reach airport.. then few hours nia... so i decided to stay at the airport... at this time, i haven had my dinner though.. so i went to look for food.. and Mac is the only one open with much filling food.. and they are about to close... no more burgers, left fries only~! WHAT A DAY~! so thats abt it... then i flew to des monies the next morning... by this time i already realise that my HP cant call out.. >.< then by the time i reached des monies, the person i am supposed to meet has left.. so i tried calling using the public phone and all.. after 3 hours, i managed to get hold of the guy.. he told me to take a cab... THIS cab is the MOST EXPENSIVE cab i have taken for 20 over years... UDS$89~!~! the best part is that that guy ask me to go to a building that requires access card to enter... something like the building of some halls in SG.. haiz... in SG still ok.. but here i was stuck outside the building freezing for abt 5 mins... lucky someone was going into the building... phew... SAVIOUR~!~! and i borrowed a phone to call that person telling him i am at the lobby of the building already... FINALLY~! i am at my room~!~! yeah yeah.. i was by then HUNGRY, TIRED AND DIRTY~! have not bathed for 2-3 days... though i did brush my teeth and washed my face though.. i wonder if its really colder then or i have got used to the weather le.. its not that cold anymore.. but there is still snow... WHERE IS SPRING~!~! 2 months into the spring semester le~~! will talk more abt the things i have done for this 2 months another day... tired of typing.. btw, i am in my new room, which is not the previous room i first landed my foot on.. hahha..

went to chiong last night.. hmmm... i am not sure if drinks are ex here anot... but i think should be roughly the same... one shot is 3USD... hmmm... but the thing abt clubs in Ames, Iowa is that they will on the light at ard 145, and tell you that they are closing... BOO... party's over... -____-"" just when i had 2 shots for barely half an hour ago. TMD. Wad a night... wad a way to end the party... probably thats why house parties are more popular here.. Haven know the correct person yet... but i think i am living quite near the parties now~!~! hahaha... but now... i need to get my ass to the table and start studying.. i have 2 quiz and 1 mid sem test on MONDAY~!~! which is tomorrow~!~! hahaha..

this show is amazing... i nvr believed one could do such a thing.. but now that i see it with my own eyes.. it may be set up.. but even if its a setup, the show is amazing.. had a great 2 hours worth of laugh on a fri night.. wow... he can really make ppl do stupid things like imagine a mike stand as a beautiful girl and would kiss the stand, lay an egg, make you act like a kangaroo, make you believe that your shirt is inside out when he says "pizza" and many many more... woo... i am not one of them.. didnt dare to volunteer myself.. but i think it would be fun though.. haha... hmmm .. i didnt take any pics though.. just felt its wrong to take pics of other ppl doing stupid things.. hahhaa.. hmmm... what a way to start my weekend... (things to note: i only realize that i have 3 quizzes/exam/test on monday.. WHAT A THING TO KNOW ON FRIDAY~!~! TMD~!~!)
