had my first game here...

had my first basketball game here. hmmm.. lousy is the word for me... but not that i am giving excuses, i have not played for years... and one thing to take note, i think the hoop isnt any taller here i think.. it feel the same to me.. i just didnt feel good when i got into the indoor courts.. they have like everything integrated into one building. didnt take any pictures cos i was in a rush to go out.. but i think i will still go back there... hmmm.. i am old~!~! no more stamina.. how to run half marathon or even 10km... arrg.. -____-""

HAHA.. this pic is so cute... this is the midnight express. haha... you guess wad the bucket for... one more thing abt this midnight express, is that its FREE~!~! not like singapore's.. they are so much more ex then the normal bus. the better part abt it is that you can tell the bus driver where you wanna go, he will tell you where to drop. OMG thats so good~!~!

HAHA.. this is the remote control in my apartment... this is HUGE.. i think you can tell its huge.. its almost half the size of my lappie.. OMG.. this is the way not to lose remote control in a messy place.. hahha.. tell me abt how you can lose this gigantic remote control.. woo..

finally in new room

yeah.. i am in my new room in an apartment already... yeah.. and i have started on my new job as "kopi" boy cleaning the tables on every thurs evening.. this certainly dont seems like a job for undergraduate... but who cares... everyone is doing it.. =D some preview of my room.. I spent quite a bit of time to plan where my furniture should be before i start moving things in.. my friend he moved in all his things then he realise that he do not have enough place to shift his things... haiz.. this room may look like a downgrade from the previous one.. but i get a living room, kitchen and many others... woo... its not as if i will be cooking all the time since that i am starting work already.. oh yeah.. i am paid US$8.50/hr to clean tables for thurs night.. while on tues and fri, i will not get to know what i work as till i am there... PRAY its a slack job everytime i go~!~!Oh yeah, first ice hockey game.. the ice arena is small many ppl get to watch them... its no where like NHL. it only look slightly bigger than the jurong one.. Nonetheless, i still think ice hockey is a cool game to watch and a painful game to play.

long week...

this will be a long week for me man... i will be moving to my new place, so await the photos.. yeah... found a job in sch... so starting a job and moving room in the same week... OMG.. and there is a career fair this week... need to prep resume... -___-"" so many things in one week.. how to finish everything?? haiz...

getting fat...

someone reminded me early today that i will be getting fat... sobz sobz... all because of the 50 buffets that i have to finish in one sem. It all started with the meal plans here. in order to "motivate" me to exercise and tear a bigger hole in my pocket, a friend insisted that if i put on more than 8kg, i will treat my friend to ice cream... I will try to run more weekly then.. its seems so much harder as the treadmill in the gym is broken (must be someone fat who broke it.. NOT ME.. ) and its so so cold outside... Yawn... sleep le wake up can eat liao... eat and sleep is my fav past time.. HAHA...

NEW skill: snowboarding...

snowboarding is SUPER hard.. i am eating snow all the time.. pui.. but its really really fun. i had a good instructor.. she is patient though i am clumsy.. hahah. see the cable car up the hill on your left?? THATS super scary... when you have a heavy snowboard clipped to your shoe.. it felt like its pulling you down and the cable car is gg away frm the ground.. and the wind is strong... super scary... await more photos on facebook though.. most of us didnt bring our camera.. hahah cos we know our dear Mexican friend will bring.. i did bring but i left it in the van.. opps.. only had my camera phone with me.. once again, pls do not call me on my phone on weird timing.. i get phone calls late at night for me.. which is like 2 , 3 am.. i know its like 4,5pm for you guys in Singapore.. tml will be V day.. no plans.. probably gg to eat buffet again... hahaha..

frozen again...

it seems like i am getting frozen once every week.. every week is like a cycle... it will start melting then when you are about to see some grass and ground, it will start snowing again.. this had been the pattern for the past 3 weeks. and every week when i get frozen again, it seems much colder than before. Its true for this week.. see its negative 16... but you see the first number on the left side "feels like: -28" OH MY GOD~!~! when will spring comes? i am expecting a white and cold valentines' days.
once again, i think its not romantic when i am wrapped up like a "ba zhang".. I think i look like this man..

finally decided...

hey guys, i have finally decided to set up a blog for myself to write about the adventures in the States. The only thing i am still not used to here is that i have to submit the tutorials for grading... damn but luckily, i only need to pass so i am still on my honeymoon mood.. hope this mood can last. I was blog surfing then i realised that this is the first time in my life that i missed CNY. though it can be boring at times, but you really wish that you are back with your family on this very festive season. I was at a job meeting on 初一(first day of CNY). This meeting is where a company come down and talk to us abt their company. they prepared like pizza for like 30++ ppl but onli 3 turned up... oh my god... i was asked to take a pizza back. So I am having like pizza for the past 2 days. thats life in states... whenever you have free food it will surely be pizza.. it comes in all shape and sizes... hahhaa
oh back to food... this is wad i had for CNY eve... this dish is the dish that has 大鱼大肉. it has 2 prawns, chicken meat and beef. It should do well for CNY eve.. though i do miss my steamboat... i am wondering when will i see my family picture.


this is wad i am wearing for first day of CNY minus my jackets and stuff... white CNY.. oh my god... why wasnt it Christmas? i dont fancy a white CNY.. this day i took out all the things i bought at the chicago outlet to wear... oh yeah... that includes a watch, shoes, socks, and that T shirt... haha... and another thing to take note... PLS do not tell me that my room is messy... i know that... and i am plain lazy to clean it up... i did clean it up for the eve, but i am a man... this gets messy easily.. hahaha


oh this is where i went to watch my first WWE for the past ten years... and we have decided to go watch it live... though i was nvr a great fan for WWE but i think its once a life time exp and its much cheaper than the one in singapore.. ITS much much cheaper... i think.. I like apartment... it feels so much more like a home than my room... where i need to use a key to go to a toilet even though the toilet is just outside my room... the idea abt using a key for the toilet is crap... i feel better when i am in camp man... at least the toilet door will nvr be locked... -.-
